1Superior Mechanical And Physical Properties

HSHM PVA fiber has high tensile strength and modulus, low elongation. The tensile strength is not inferior much to steel bar and elastic modulus can match with concrete’s. It can improve the early strength of concrete, but also the tensile strength of concrete in the late, can greatly save construction curing time, shorten construction cycle.

 

2High Affinity With Cement

HSHM PVA fiber has good affinity properties with cement and the bonding strength is better than that of nylon 6, polypropylene, polyester fiber etc. Because of the unique molecular structure, PVA fiber plays the reinforcing function on the interface bonding with brittle material cement.

 

3Good dispersion

HSHM PVA fiber is not adhesive between each other and can disperse well in water. Fiber in the concrete evenly disperses, randomly distributes then overlaps into a three-dimensional network structure. In the concrete it changes the brittleness of concrete, increases its toughness, improve the concrete crack resistance, impermeability, frost resistance, impact resistance and other properties of concrete, so as to improve the overall quality and the durability of concrete.

 

4Good Alkali And Weather Resistance Performance

HSHM PVA fiber has good chemical stability and there is no chemical reaction with any material after mixing with concrete. The acid and alkali resistance, chemical resistance are superior to those of synthetic fiber, nylon 6, polyester and other fiber.

 

5Good Light fastness And corrosion resistance

Under the long time sunshine, The strength loss rate of HSHM PVA fiber is significantly lower than the other fiber. The fiber will not be moldy, corrosion, and moth-eaten buried long time.

Cut Length: 6mm, 12mm or as required by customers.

 

MAIN APPLICATIONS

1HSHM PVA fiber as the ideal substitution of asbestos has not only excellent tensile strength, impact strength, chemical resistance and cement alkali resistant but also has no dangerous to the human body and the environment. It can be made of cement products such as high strength decorative material replacing asbestos, but also in the high grade road construction, instead of asbestos, the fiber mixes with cement concrete and can greatly improve the tensile strength of concrete.

2As cement concrete’s or mortar’s anti-crack materials, it can not only increase the tensile strength of concrete, but also can reduce the concrete internal microcrack and can effectively suppress the crack extension. 

3HSHM PVA fiber can replace the steel as bar strip in construction of water conservancy project. 

4Used as plastics reinforced material and manufacture of safe and riot helmet. 

5HSHM PVA fiber can replace mightiness rayon used in the manufacture of radial tire or diagonal tire cord. 

6Used as the rubber reinforcing material manufacture of conveyor belt, fire hose, braided hose etc.

 

 

PACKING AND STORAGE

The product can be packed with 170kg or 200kg laminated bags tied with PET belts and phyllostachys pubescens , or as required by customers.

200kgs/bale, 12.8mts/64bales/20ft, 25.6mts/128bales/40ft.

170kgs/bale, 13.6mts/80bales/20ft, 27.2mts/160bales/40ft.

 

The product should be stored indoor in dry and good ventilation. Prevent the package from humidity or exposing to the sun or rain. Clean and covered conveyance shall be used in transportation to avoid contamination, humidity or rain.

 

The product will be inspected by SVW QC department upon ex-work, to ensure the satisfaction of quality standard or contract specification. Quanlity certificate is issued for each batch.
